The therapy process is a journey between the therapist and client where we collectively develop a treatment plan to address areas of concern. Although each person may enter therapy for different reasons, my intent is to identify and work toward goals of the client becoming a happy, healthier and well adjusted being.
Through a Holistic approach and the use of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), I specialize in treating those dealing with anxiety and depression, minority/multicultural challenges, trauma, behavior issues, substance use and LGBTQIA+ couples and individuals.
